Amplifying the value of Space to America and Congress

Most industry sectors have organized political action committees to advance their interests in Federal elections. The space sector had no such organization, until now.

WHO WE ARE
America's Space PAC is a network of grassroots space enthusiasts, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders dedicated to the dynamic and audacious exploration, settlement, and development of space.

We are a tool for industry, non-profits, and advocates to use to help educate the public and members of c

WHAT WE DO
We fund candidates who understand the urgency and importance of advancing space policy to ensure economic prosperity and national security.

PRIORITIES

Increase the number of pro-space members in Congress, so we can:

HOW WE DONATE

America’s Space PAC aims to keep space bi-partisan and will allocate contributions, ad spend, and other political expenditures on the basis of a Space Policy Score™.

  • This score will be a public scoring of each Member and Candidates’ favorability towards the expansion of the space sector, and the advancement of American national interests in space.

  • The PAC will work with space sector nonprofits and trade associations to develop this score, and all scores will be publicly available and updated annually.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I CONTRIBUTE?

SPACE PAC depends upon personal contributions from the space community. While corporate donations are also encouraged, it is the individual contributions that make up the majority of our federal fund.

The following levels have been established to provide suggested giving amounts and appropriate recognition of SPACE PAC contributors:

• Capital Club – $1,000 and up

• Ambassador – $500 to $999

• Investor – Up to $500

SHOULDN'T I JUST GIVE DIRECTLY TO A CANDIDATE?

Yes, you should. But don’t overlook the greater impact you gain by pooling resources with your colleagues for a concentrated impact on key races. SPACE PAC provides the mechanism to effectively coordinate the collective interests of the space industry in Washington.
